  • Analyze prospect’s requirements and propose the best possible solution
  • Provide train-the-trainer, administrative and reporting training to the customer
  • Requirements gathering, business/project mapping and the creating of supporting documentation
  • Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes
  • Configure application to meet customer needs
  • Document customer business needs, implemented/configured processes, and any unresolved open action-items
  • Master and maintain detailed knowledge of product-suite configuration options
  • Ability to understand business requirements and provide creative technical solutions
  • Document and communicate product feedback and new requirements from the field
  • Provide Post-sales implementation support as needed
  • Study for intensive understanding of existing business processes and documenting business and work- flow diagrams complying with formatted application implementation methodology
  • Analyze customer detail reports on functional dead ends and provided them with work around solutions
  • Willing to travel to customer site
